On August 15, I was privileged to be part of a very special opening celebration for the Wine Summer in Gumpoldskirchen. Under the motto "Festive Dining," the historic Schrannenplatz square became a stage for culinary delights, music, and art—accompanied by the fascinating audiovisual live performance VINTEQUE.
Together with Patrick Müller, I treated the guests to a culinary delight that evening. For me, the focus was on my dish "Maximum Carrot" – a dish that demonstrates how much expressiveness and finesse can be contained in a single ingredient when you give it your full attention.

It was a joy to convey with every bite that cooking is not just a craft, but a mindset—a blend of regionality, creativity, and the true art of living. Accompanied by outstanding Gumpoldskirchen wines and the special atmosphere of this place, it was an evening that will remain as unforgettable for me as it will hopefully be for the guests.
I'm already looking forward to the remaining evenings of the wine summer – and to being part of this unique celebration of enjoyment again.
