I'm delighted to be a guest chef at "Krug in the Kitchen" and to showcase my passion for natural cooking. During this special evening, I'll be devoting myself entirely to the carrot – the Milan variety – and invite you to join me in discovering the diversity and terroir of this unique ingredient.
"Krug in the Kitchen" stands for extraordinary culinary experiences that focus on high-quality products and sensory journeys of discovery. Together, we'll experience the carrot from the small St. Nikolai farm in Sausal in all its facets: from juice in two sequences to essence, crunch, and chlorophyll. My goal is to sharpen the senses and present natural flavor in its purest form.
As a conclusion and prelude to the carrot dinner by Andreas Döllerer, Krug Ambassade, I present a small sensory sequence that rounds off the evening.
